• While coaching tennis for 35+ years, the No.1 piece of coaching advice I have shared with players at all levels of the game is to "stay on the shot." I am looking forward to sharing this concept with you, too.
• Players come off the shot for a variety of reasons. A main one is incorrect spacing to the ball. The small adjusting steps are absent, and staying on the shot is impossible. In this webinar, we link what needs to happen before contact with what happens after.
• Staying on the shot is all about balance. The better your balance, the better your chance of executing the shot you want to hit. 
• Learn the specific positions that are best to "stay" in after contact for your forehand, backhand, and volleys. Staying on the shot greatly helps you to tidy up contact and find the sweet spot of the racket.
• Improve your point of contact by learning how to better stay on the shot. Quite often, the energy of the swing is only partially delivered to contact and too much energy leaks into the follow through where it is not needed. Staying on the shot cleans the swing up and focuses all the energy into the point of contact.
• Recovery is a very important concept to help get into position for the next shot. But we tend to recover too quickly and don't stay on the shot long enough. Learn the right mix of stay and recover.
